About Me:

Hey, I’m Lisa, a mum, wife, multi-business owner, and self-taught EFT tapper who knows exactly what it feels like to live in a brain that never slows down.

For years, I tried everything to “get it together.” Planners. Routines. Diets. Meditation. Nothing stuck, because nothing was designed for my neurospicy brain.

It wasn’t until I found EFT (after burning out running a takeaway business while parenting, masking, and juggling everything) that I finally felt the fog lift.

ONE session, and I could breathe again.

My shoulders dropped. My brain got quiet.

Now, I help other ADHD mums reset their nervous systems, feel good in their bodies again, and stop living in survival mode. You don’t need to fix yourself, you just need the right tools to finally feel safe in your own mind again
